Alumnus of KU where I graduated with a Master's degree in English and Religious studies in 2019.
In my role as Language and Localization specialist, I consider myself as a proud parent who follows the text through all its stages in life: I help conceive the UI texts that we use in our software solutions, I document them, I make sure they are translated to our supported languages, and I write the copy that advertises it.
KMD Case Management is part of KMD A/S, a company that has been delivering software solutions to the public sector of Denmark since the 70's. In KMD Case Management, we deliver software that, for example, is behind generating Fødevarestyrelsen's Smiley reports and the "Blå sygesikringskort" that you all carry with you when you travel. Oh, and last but not least: When you graduate one day, the letter that you receive with your grades and your title will have been generated and sent by us.
