A lot of us technical communicators use structured authoring systems for our daily work - are we really all?
What does it mean to implement and use these systems? Whre are the advantages? Where are the pitfalls and challenges? What about the cost of ownership?
Thomas Bro-Rasmussen will give an insight on the processes and learings at GN Hearing using MapCap Flare.
Peter Ring will share his knowledge around using DocBook.
Holger Thater will eleaborate on a DITA-based process using MapCap IXIA CCMS.
We are looking forward to a lively discussion with you all on this subjects - let's share our experiences and learn from each other!
