Many of us technical communicators use structured authoring systems in our daily work. But are we all really using them?
What does it mean to implement and use these systems? What are the advantages? What are the pitfalls and challenges? What about the cost of ownership?
Thomas Bro-Rasmussen will share insights into the processes and lessons learned at GN Hearing using MapCap Flare.
Peter Ring will share his knowledge of using DocBook.
Holger Thater will elaborate on a DITA-based process using MapCap IXIA CCMS.
