Abstract
Translation projects vary according to the client's requirements, the medium of the text to be translated, the target audience, and many other factors. Depending on the person in charge, the way they are managed might differ. The localization process could also vary greatly, as it hinges on the project type and other constraints like budget, schedule and available resources.
In this webinar, we will examine all the steps of a translation project, including both management and production aspects. This approach will help requesters understand the key points they need to consider to ensure their localization project is a success.

Nancy Matis
Nancy Matis has been involved in the translation business for 20 years, working as a translator, reviser, technical specialist, and project manager, among other roles. She worked for an international translation firm for several years and currently manages her own company based in Belgium. She also teaches translation project management at three universities and wrote the book How to Manage Your Translation Projects.
