Knowledge Graphs (2 of 2)
Helmut Nagy
Abstract
Part 2 of a two-part webinar series on knowledge graphs.
Webinar 2/2: Knowledge graphs – How can knowledge graphs be integrated into the documentation process?
AI is currently transforming the way technical documentation is produced. Many companies are using AI, with mixed results. Knowledge graphs offer ways to keep content under control within the context of AI. In this second seminar, we demonstrate how knowledge graphs can be integrated into the documentation process to support both the creation and the delivery of documentation. Using a number of real-world examples and some prototypes, we will show how knowledge graphs help to make documentation ‘AI-ready’.
