Knowledge graphs are rapidly gaining traction in machinery and plant engineering, enabling companies to unlock the full potential of their data in product communication, including service and sales. This webinar introduces the fundamentals of knowledge graphs and demonstrates how they transform technical communication into a strategic asset. Building on real customer projects, we present two practical use cases: an Intelligent Service Agent that enhances service efficiency by connecting product data with technical documentation, and a Product Navigator that supports sales teams in identifying and configuring the right solutions for their customers. Both scenarios illustrate how knowledge graphs create a unified, semantically rich representation of products and their related information.
