Process quality expressed in ratios
Why do we need information processes?
Tilo Ried
Ratios are important for a transparent information process. Determining such ratios is a tedious job however, especially when there are not enough data available. This is an additional aspect in the range of tasks of a technical writer, since he has to juggle as much with hard and soft quantities, as with fixed and variable costs. In the end he arrives at a process, in which time-consuming and costly elements are removed.
