The quality and user-friendliness of operating manuals is the focus of the new European guideline. The guideline was presented in the 4th European colloquium for user-friendly product information on 29 March 2004 in Brussels. A printed version is available to members from the tekom office for a nominal charge towards cost. The guideline is available to non-members for 60 Euro, please contact the tekom office
