The Czech and Slovak Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Malta and Cyprus are the new members of the European Union. Right on time, on May 1st, the circle of the member states was expanded to 25 – the largest expansion in the history of the EU. What does this mean for Technical Documentation?
