Whether it is a printed handbook, online-help or CD for training, publishing from one source of data seems to offer vastly more efficient information processing possibilities. Everything is formulated just once, and fed to all media. But there is a catch: content and system are no longer compatible with each other. What is needed is a new method of formulation.
