Fast access to technical information is one of the prerequisites for a frictionless and efficient working method and, at the same time, it poses a vital challenge to the IT communities of today. The reasons for this state are the consistently increasing volumes of information, data and documents which often get stored neither centrally nor in specific folders. The consequences are obvious: redundancy of information, its negligent maintenance and eventually laborious search for information and availability of accurate information.
