SecureDoc Survey on Instructions

Instructions play a very important role in the use of household and do-it-yourself appliances, consumer electronics and computer hardware as well as telecommunications products. This was the outcome of the survey conducted by the European SecureDoc project. 233 persons from all over Europe participated in this survey.
