Terminology is the foundation of any technical language. The more comprehensible and consistent it is constructed and used, the more unambiguous is the communication of an enterprise at the local and the global level. How can we develop and manage enterprise-specific terminology efficiently? How can we make the terminology available to all users in real-time and how can we handle inconsistencies? Grohe Water Technology AG & Co. KG has taken up the challenge and, together with Bowne Global Solutions Deutschland GmbH, implemented an integrative concept for an enterprise-wide terminology management. Both the companies have been working jointly for many years in the field of localization of Technical Documentation.
