In the autumn of 2003, the specialists from tekom along with a group of users and experts, through various tests thoroughly verified the instruction manuals. The two-part Test formed the basis for the first tekom Docu-Preis. Five companies accepted the challenge and took part with a range of consumer products and their manuals.
